  1. Assist the legal team in managing and protecting the company's patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
  3. Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications with the appropriate government agencies.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of all intellectual property assets.
  5. Monitor and track the status of pending applications and registrations.
  6. Review and analyze patent and trademark portfolios to identify potential infringement issues.
  7. Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for intellectual property filings.
  8. Coordinate with outside counsel on intellectual property matters.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.
  10. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to intellectual property.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of intellectual property strategies.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential intellectual property risks.
  13. Assist with the management of intellectual property licensing agreements.
  14. Provide support for intellectual property litigation matters.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  16. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  17. Train and mentor junior paralegals on intellectual property procedures and best practices.
  18. Act as a liaison between the legal team and other departments within the company.
  19. Attend meetings and conferences related to intellectual property.
  20. Uphold the company's values and ethics in all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience As A Paralegal, Preferably In Intellectual Property Law.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Patent And Trademark Law, Including Filing Procedures, Deadlines, And Documentation Requirements.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research, Document Management, And Drafting Legal Documents.
