- Design and develop industrial systems using AMA/RTD technology to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in current industrial systems.
- Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the functionality and reliability of industrial systems.
- Utilize data and real-time monitoring to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AMA/RTD technology to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of industrial systems.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source necessary equipment and technology for industrial systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for industrial systems, including system specifications, procedures, and user manuals.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations in all aspects of industrial system design and implementation.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of industrial systems.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the success of the company by developing cutting-edge solutions.
- Communicate project updates and progress to management and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Engineering Role, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Ama/Rtd (Automated Material Handling And Real Time Dispatching) Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Optimize Processes And Improve Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Lead Teams To Successful Outcomes.
