
Industrial Engineering Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team at Texas Instruments. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while working with some of the leading engineers in the industry. The Industrial Engineering Intern will support our operations and manufacturing teams in improving and optimizing production processes.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects at once. A background in industrial engineering and knowledge of related disciplines such as operations management, manufacturing engineering, and/or supply chain management is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop process improvement plans and strategies, and implement them in collaboration with operations and manufacturing teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new production processes and systems.
- Create reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze data from production processes and systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to operations and manufacturing teams.
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve production processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to industrial engineering.
