High Voltage Systems Level Packaging Engineer

Qualifications: • Extensive experience in high voltage and/or power management products • Expertise in high voltage systems design, fabrication, assembly, and test• Strong knowledge of design verification and validation techniques• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and thermal analysis tools• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high voltage systems that meet customer specifications and requirements.
2. Design, fabricate, assemble, test, and validate high voltage and power management products.
3. Utilize electrical, mechanical, and thermal analysis tools to ensure accuracy of products.
4. Work collaboratively with other members of the team to solve problems and improve design.
5. Prepare reports and other documentation related to design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of high voltage systems.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
8. Participate in design reviews and other related activities.
9. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
