Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In High Voltage Packaging Design And Development
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Packaging Technologies, Including Wire Bonding, Flip Chip, And Leadframe Assembly
Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For High Voltage Packaging, Such As Ul And Iec Standards.
