  1. Lead the packaging engineering team in developing innovative packaging solutions for high voltage products.
  2. Use your expertise in high voltage systems to guide and mentor team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements, performance goals, and cost targets.
  4. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in high voltage packaging technology.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential packaging materials and processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality materials for packaging.

  9. Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all packaging designs.
  11. Stay updated on intellectual property rights and ensure all packaging designs adhere to legal requirements.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate them into packaging designs.
  13. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in packaging design and production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In High Voltage Packaging Design And Development

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Packaging Technologies, Including Wire Bonding, Flip Chip, And Leadframe Assembly

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For High Voltage Packaging, Such As Ul And Iec Standards.
