Job Description

At Texas Instruments, Field Applications Engineering Interns play an important role in helping customers achieve success with their products and services. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Field Applications Engineering team. The ideal candidate has a technical background in electrical engineering and a passion for customer service. They must also have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers regarding the products and services offered by Texas Instruments.
  2. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  3. Develop customer-centric solutions and strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and limitations to effectively support customer needs.
  5. Research and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  6. Monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Work closely with other teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports of customer feedback and metrics.
  10. Maintain knowledge of relevant engineering principles and industry trends.
