  1. Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, including project management, budgeting, and design.
  2. Work alongside experienced professionals in the facilities and construction field to learn and develop skills in project management, budgeting, and design.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's standards.
  4. Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.
  5. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
  6. Participate in site visits and inspections to gain hands-on experience in construction processes and techniques.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and building codes and regulations.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  9. Maintain project documentation and records.
  10. Take initiative and actively seek learning opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in the construction and facilities management field.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Currently Enrolled In A Related Field Such As Construction Management, Facilities Management, Or Engineering.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software.

  • Previous Internship Or Work Experience In The Construction Industry Is Preferred.
