  1. Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects for facilities improvement and expansion.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and construction experts to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to support decision making for construction projects.
  4. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
  5. Help develop project timelines and budgets, and track progress throughout the duration of projects.
  6. Assist in the review and approval of construction plans and specifications.
  7. Attend team meetings and provide updates on project status and any potential issues.
  8. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  9. Help maintain accurate records and documentation for construction projects.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in facility construction and engineering.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, at all times.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in facility construction and engineering.
  14. Take initiative and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and efficiency within the facilities department.
  15. Demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude in all tasks and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills In Construction Science And Engineering, Including Knowledge Of Building Materials, Structural Design, And Construction Methods.

  • Proficiency In Autocad And Other Relevant Software Programs Used In The Construction Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Safety And Building Codes, As Well As Environmental Regulations Related To Construction.

  • Prior Internship Or Work Experience In A Facilities Construction Or Engineering Role Is Preferred.
