We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Specialist to join our team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for helping to ensure our commitment to safety and environmental protection.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an environmental health and safety role. You should also possess a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and health regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement ESH programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors.
- Monitor and audit the facility to identify potential hazards or unsafe practices.
- Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, and near misses related to ESH.
- Educate and train employees on ESH topics.
- Perform and/or manage ESH risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Develop and monitor ESH performance indicators.
- Maintain records of safety inspections and compliance.
- Prepare reports on ESH performance.
