
Equipment Technician - Night Shifts

- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical problems.
- Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Order and maintain inventory of equipment parts and supplies.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures while working on equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve equipment maintenance processes.
- Train and mentor new equipment technicians as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status and maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance And Troubleshooting In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Electronic And Mechanical Systems, Including But Not Limited To Robotics, Pneumatics, And High-Voltage Systems.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Schematics, And Blueprints.
Proficient In Using Various Hand And Power Tools For Equipment Repair And Maintenance.
Willingness To Work Night Shifts And Weekends As Needed To Support Production Schedule.
