Engineering Technician

Proactively maintain safe, clean, and organized lab environment. Assist lab manager in driving of ESH, ESD, HV, quality and security policies. Lab system mastery of scheduling tools such as LITS, Cherwell (scheduling), Sharepoints, Reservation systems (LMS, TREX) and ability to assist users. Move equipment, update equipment status, add equipment and conduct lab audit. Basic repair of Test systems, instruments and Lab owned equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected failures of lab owned equipment. Debug/Repair/Validate or RMA. Work with vendors on outstanding issues as appropriate. Perform operational checks and preventative maintenance on lab owned or supported equipment. Demonstrate understanding of lab owned equipment, assets, and instruments specs and operation to effectively advise lab users on using including specialty assets
