  2. Conduct product testing and validation to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
  3. Analyze and interpret test results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Develop and execute test plans and procedures according to project timelines.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and testing phases.
  6. Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and solve complex problems.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to product testing and validation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into product development and testing processes.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input for product enhancements.
  10. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications are met.
  11. Adhere to safety standards and protocols while conducting product testing.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers on product testing and validation processes.
  13. Communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously improve testing procedures and methods to optimize product performance.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Testing And Validation.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And/Or Labview.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Devices And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
