- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for the organization, in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to execute data-driven initiatives and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology, and identify opportunities for their implementation in the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify business needs and use data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization by promoting the use of data and analytics in all business functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in data management and analytics.
