Team Leader Quality Assurance

As a Team Leader Quality, you will be responsible for leading Quality Assurance off-shift operations. This role provides quality support for operations, leads personnel, and ensures release timelines are met. Communicate directly with the Manufacturing and Packaging Supervisors throughout the shift to assist in problem solving while providing quality requirements. Supervise and schedule the activities of the off shift QA Auditors to assure compliance with cGMP’s and adherence to schedules when possible. Identify improvements/new procedures/ compliance gaps based on applicable regulations. Complete and document manufacturing/packaging deviation reports. Ensure all pertinent information is compiled, reviewed and approved prior to any product disposition. Work with Operations to investigate and troubleshoot all routine problems occurring during work assignments. Initiate/approve Change controls, review/approve SOPs, and Review/approve specifications, batch records, and qualification documents.
