1. Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations and company standards.
2. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of manufacturing processes, product quality, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

8. Provide guidance and support to junior quality assurance team members, as needed.
9. Stay informed about industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements, and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert in quality assurance during internal and external meetings and communications.
