Implement ownership culture and management routines to improve compliance, equipment efficiency and personnel efficiency. Maintain consistency with peers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. Lead Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) sessions to drive continuous performance improvement. Work with Maintenance to predict and prevent unplanned downtime. Assist with quality investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Actions). Perform reviews and approval of completed batch records. Create, revise, review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete all training requirements and maintain 100% team compliance with all assignments . Implement shop floor schedule based on product demand.
