- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain sub-function for TAPI, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all supply chain processes and procedures are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for adjustments to supply chain strategies as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, promoting Teva's supply chain capabilities and expertise.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of supply chain processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the supply chain sub-function.
Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Tapi (Teva Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) Operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Tapi Operations: As A Senior Manager In The Supply Chain Sub-Function, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tapi Operations, Including Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, And Logistics.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals, So The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate The Team.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Must Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Supply Chain Challenges. They Should Also Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Tapi Supply Chain Processes And Efficiency.
