  2. Oversee talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  3. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership and provide guidance on HR related matters.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related needs and issues.
  8. Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
  10. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  13. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the company.
  14. Handle confidential employee matters with sensitivity and discretion.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and provide data and reports as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Hr Leadership: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Hr Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Employment Laws, Compensation And Benefits, Performance Management, And Employee Relations, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: Teva Pharmaceutical Usa Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Sr. Manager Hr Should Be Able To Think Strategically, Anticipate Hr Needs, And Proactively Address Any Potential Issues Or Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader In The Hr Department, The Sr. Manager Hr Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Build Relationships, Resolve Conflicts, And Influence Stakeholders, Are Essential.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Additional Certifications, Such As Shrm-Scp Or Phr, Are Also Desirable.
