Experience In Hr Leadership: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Hr Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Employment Laws, Compensation And Benefits, Performance Management, And Employee Relations, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: Teva Pharmaceutical Usa Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Sr. Manager Hr Should Be Able To Think Strategically, Anticipate Hr Needs, And Proactively Address Any Potential Issues Or Challenges.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader In The Hr Department, The Sr. Manager Hr Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Build Relationships, Resolve Conflicts, And Influence Stakeholders, Are Essential.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Additional Certifications, Such As Shrm-Scp Or Phr, Are Also Desirable.
