- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability for the organization through trade relations.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with trade partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform trade relations strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trade relations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to achieve company objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the trade relations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in trade relations processes and procedures.
- Develop and manage trade relations budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Act as a representative of Teva Pharmaceutical USA at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to trade relations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, trade partners, and industry organizations.
- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges in trade relations.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high-performing trade relations department.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives to support company goals.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Trade Relations Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Market Dynamics, Pricing Strategies, And Distribution Channels.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Successful Relationships With Key Trade Partners, Such As Wholesalers, Retailers, And Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
