- Develop and implement innovative total rewards programs that align with Teva's overall business strategy.
- Lead the design, analysis, and communication of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and support employee retention and engagement.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure Teva's total rewards offerings are competitive and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to effectively manage and administer total rewards programs.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for changes to total rewards programs.
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials to educate employees and managers on total rewards programs and offerings.
- Lead and manage the total rewards team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success in achieving departmental goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in total rewards to continuously improve Teva's offerings.
- Represent Teva at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on current trends and practices in total rewards.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Total Rewards Strategies For A Large Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Practices, Including Executive Compensation And Equity Plans.
Strong Analytical Skills To Assess And Benchmark Compensation And Benefits Programs Against Industry Standards.
Proven Track Record In Managing And Leading A Team Of Compensation And Benefits Professionals.
