  11. Handle any issues or conflicts related to procurement or hiring processes in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to human resources procurement.
  13. Manage the budget for recruitment and procurement efforts, ensuring cost-effective solutions are utilized.
  14. Mentor and train junior procurement team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Procurement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, And Cost Analysis.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Procurement Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
