- Develop and implement procurement strategies to acquire top talent for the organization.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective sourcing processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for each position.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure alignment with company values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle any issues or conflicts related to procurement or hiring processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to human resources procurement.
- Manage the budget for recruitment and procurement efforts, ensuring cost-effective solutions are utilized.
- Mentor and train junior procurement team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote the organization and attract top talent.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Procurement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, And Cost Analysis.
Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team Of Procurement Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
