- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the company's research and development operations, in alignment with the overall corporate goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the R&D division, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making related to R&D projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial considerations are taken into account in all aspects of the R&D process, from early stage research to clinical trials and commercialization.

Advanced Degree In Finance Or Accounting: A Senior Director R&D Finance, Global Clinical Operations At Teva Pharmaceutical Usa Should Have A Strong Educational Background, Preferably With An Advanced Degree In Finance Or Accounting. This Will Ensure They Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles And The Ability To Analyze Complex Financial Data.
Experience In Clinical Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role. This Will Ensure They Have A Solid Understanding Of The Clinical Development Process And The Financial Implications Of Different Clinical Trials.
Strong Financial Management Skills: As The Senior Director Of R&D Finance, Global Clinical Operations, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Large Budget, Forecasting Financials, And Providing Financial Guidance To The Clinical Operations Team.
