- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Global MS&T department in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Advanced Degree In Pharmaceutical Science Or Related Field: A Senior Director In This Role Would Be Expected To Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree, And Ideally A Phd, In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Or Chemical Engineering.
Extensive Experience In Sterile And Biopharmaceutical Product Development: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Complex Processes Involved In Developing And Manufacturing Sterile And Biopharmaceutical Products. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In This Field With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Bringing Products To Market.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Scientists And Engineers, As Well As Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
