- Provide legal support and guidance to various business functions within Teva Pharmaceutical USA.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including FDA regulations, healthcare laws, and intellectual property laws.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies.
- Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies for business operations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and provide recommendations for compliance.
- Manage and oversee outside counsel relationships.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across the organization.
- Train and educate employees on legal matters and company policies.
- Handle any legal disputes or litigation involving the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical law.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with legal requirements.
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Pharmaceutical Industry And/Or Healthcare Law.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Other Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Leadership Skills, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience Managing A Team Of Attorneys And Legal Professionals.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
