Teva Pharmaceutical USA is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Contract Compliance Analyst to join our growing team.   1. Conduct thorough reviews of all contractual agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  2. Identify and communicate any potential risks or discrepancies in contractual agreements to management.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any compliance issues and ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts.
  5. Conduct audits and assessments to monitor and evaluate compliance with contractual agreements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry and communicate any relevant updates to the team.
  7. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters, including best practices and protocols.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual agreements and related compliance documentation.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure alignment and consistency in contract terms and conditions.
  11. Communicate and report regularly to management on contract compliance status and any potential risks.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in contract compliance.
  13. Act as a liaison between Teva and external partners to ensure contractual compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical business practices and maintain the highest level of integrity in all compliance matters.
  15. Adhere to company confidentiality policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Contract Compliance Or Auditing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Contract Compliance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Experience With Contract Management Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
