Reliability Specialist (Maintenance/Engineering)

As a Reliability Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles across the plant; develop and structure Preventive, Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance procedures to enhance equipment health and reliability and minimize production downtime. Develop and implement the Preventive, Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance program with input from a cross-functional team. Perform condition based monitoring of complex equipment, interpret results and assist in the planning process for necessary equipment and machine overhauls. Utilize Predictive Maintenance data to set alert and alarm limits. Serve as subject matter expert and trainer for plant Predictive Maintenance technologies (Airborne Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Vibration analysis, Machine Lube Analysis). Develop and monitor Predictive Maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement
