  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all company operations to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports to relevant governing bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current regulatory requirements and changes in the pharmaceutical industry, and communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Legal, to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as external audits from regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory compliance and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and represent the company in regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Manage a team of compliance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting compliance objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to compliance and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Health Sciences, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Regulatory Compliance Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience With Global Regulatory Agencies.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Regulatory Agencies.
