Quality Engineer
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, Federal and local laws. Process change controls and update as needed. Coordinate with other department to complete investigations and reports. Prepare monthly and quarterly Quality metrics for Quality Council. Responsible for process improvements and performing Root Cause Problem Solving events. Responsible for completing investigations and leading major investigations. Participates in Audits. Review and approve documents in Trackwise, (Deviations, CAPAS, LIR, and effectiveness check). Review and approve protocol reports, change control and cleaning validation. Provide Quality Review of Engineering Qualification Documents. Provide guidance and coaching to employees. Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.
5 - 7 years’ experience within heavily regulated manufacturing facility. Pharmaceutical preferred.
Through understanding of cGMPs. Quality control practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to perform basic statistics and understanding of AQL sampling plans and sampling techniques for assigned areas
Experience working with cross-functional groups such as planning, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to ensure proper priorities are set
