- Conduct regular inspections and tests of products to ensure they meet compliance and hygiene standards set by regulatory bodies and internal guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Identify and report any non-compliance or hygiene issues and work with relevant departments to address and resolve them
- Monitor and track product quality trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Review and analyze data to identify potential quality issues and take corrective actions
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance and hygiene standards
- Train and educate team members on compliance and hygiene standards and procedures
- Participate in internal and external audits and support the implementation of audit recommendations
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure compliance and hygiene standards are met throughout the supply chain
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Related Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Compliance Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Fda Regulations And Cgmp Standards.
Experience With Hygiene Management And Ensuring Compliance With Cleanliness And Sanitation Standards.
Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues Effectively.
