- Conduct thorough and comprehensive quality assessments of pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet all regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and evaluate manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all quality assurance activities.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformances, communicating findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to track and monitor quality trends and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior quality analysts on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control systems and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality assurance activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to identify and address any quality concerns or issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness of quality control.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Cgmps, And Other Relevant Industry Standards.
Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Capa, Change Control, And Deviations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Different Levels Of The Organization.
