In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, and a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).   1. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Analyze data and identify trends to proactively address any potential quality issues.
  3. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance.
  6. Train and educate team members on quality standards and processes.
  7. Conduct audits of internal processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Communicate and report on quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of quality control activities and results.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise and work towards finding solutions.
  13. Ensure that all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and industry regulations.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the quality management system.
  15. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all quality-related tasks.
  16. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  17. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  18. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  19. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  20. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, Specifically In Regards To Gmp And Glp.

  • Experience Conducting Quality Audits And Investigations, With A Strong Attention To Detail.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.
