Performs Quality Monitoring of all required areas. Responsible for identifying deviations that occur in operations. Responsible for assessing the adequacy of batch record documentation on-line. Responsible for issuance of Hold Notices in Trackwise and material Variance Notices. Responsible for the release of equipment to Operations. Performs/Assists in DEA and non-DEA destruction activities. Maintains documentation of all activities. Performs GMP Housekeeping Inspections. Performs production area audits and checks, ANSI inspections, and general inspections. Responsible for maintenance of all QA Inspection logbooks.
