Degree In Pharmacy: A Pharmd Or Equivalent Degree From An Accredited Institution Is Required For This Position. This Ensures A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Knowledge And Understanding Of Drug Development And Clinical Research.
Previous Experience In Medical Affairs: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Medical Affairs Role, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Medical Information, Regulations, And Compliance In The Field.
