- Identify and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement lean methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Utilize data and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Train and coach team members in lean principles and methodologies.
- Facilitate and lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices from industry and competitors.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in lean methodologies.
- Communicate and present progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Operations Or Continuous Improvement Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Lean Six Sigma Certification, With A Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles And Methodologies.
Experience In Implementing And Driving Lean Initiatives, Including Value Stream Mapping, Process Improvement, And Waste Reduction.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Opportunities.
