We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Microsoft 365 Digital Employee Experience Enabler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the digital employee experience by leveraging the powerful tools and capabilities of Microsoft 365. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency, collaboration, and productivity for our employees across the organization.   1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital employee experience using Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the digital employee experience.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and usability of Microsoft 365 tools and features.
  4. Train and educate employees on best practices for utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Microsoft 365 tools and features.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 to continuously improve the digital employee experience.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Microsoft 365 tools and features.
  8. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compatibility and integration of Microsoft 365 with other systems and applications.
  9. Monitor and analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
  11. Work closely with HR to ensure Microsoft 365 tools align with company policies and procedures.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with Microsoft 365 vendors and stay informed on updates and new features.
  13. Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.
  14. Keep up-to-date with the latest security protocols and measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of company data.
  15. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for new Microsoft 365 tools and features that can enhance the digital employee experience.

Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Communicate Ideas, Gather Feedback, And Work Towards A Common Goal.

  • Understanding Of Employee Experience Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Employee Experience Best Practices, Including User-Centric Design, Employee Engagement, And Change Management. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Creating A Seamless And User-Friendly Digital Experience For Teva Employees.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Digital Employee Experience Enabler Involves Identifying And Resolving Issues Related To The Digital Tools And Services Used By Employees.
