- Develop and implement strategic plans for conducting clinical research studies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research studies, including budget, timelines, and resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical research professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure the smooth execution of clinical research projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and apply this knowledge to the design and execution of clinical research studies.
- Monitor and analyze study data, and identify any potential risks or issues that could impact the success of the study.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Communicate study updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and study participants.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical research studies.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Medicine, Or Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Clinical Research Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
