In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of our membership and contract data, playing a critical role in supporting our sales and contracting teams.   1. Review and validate membership and contract data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Collaborate with sales and contracting teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data.
  3. Maintain and update membership and contract databases on a regular basis.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Conduct audits and analysis to identify trends and potential issues in membership and contract data.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to membership and contract data.
  8. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall data management processes.
  9. Respond to inquiries and requests related to membership and contract data.
  10. Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues related to data.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  13. Train new employees on membership and contract data management processes and procedures.
  14. Continuously monitor data quality and provide regular reports to management.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Contract Management Or Membership Analytics Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Pricing, Contracting, And Reimbursement Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Utilization Of Various Software Tools Such As Microsoft Excel, Tableau, And Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Data And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
