Manager, Real World Data Analytics
Lead and/or support the development, execution of statistical strategy in various types of RWE studies, late stage observational trials, and clinical studies using RWD (e.g. external control arm). Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including but not limited to HEOR, epidemiology, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory affairs, other statisticians and programmers to contribute to protocol development, authoring statistical analysis plans, interpretation of study data, and presentation/publication activities. Explore and implement innovative analytical approach, support statistical methodology research towards publications for generating scientifically rigorous and impactful RWE used for important decision makings. Support and lead the statistical input and design of RWE study and analysis using internal databases, evaluate feasibility of analysis, manage analytic resource and execution of statistical analysis plans, and deliver results with high quality and in a timely manner.
Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics with minimum 2 years of experience
At least 3 years experience in programming (R, SAS)
Demonstrated desire and ability to research novel statistical methodologies, peer-reviewed publication track record is a plus
Familiarity of observational and clinical trial design concepts preferred
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in a global, cross-functional and multi-cultural setting
