Oversee QC potency laboratory operations, manage release and stability potency and other plate-based testing, and provide review and approval of related documentation. Manage potency and other plate-based method qualification, validation and transfer activities. Identify, write, revise, manage and implement standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, analytical methods, protocols and reports. Ensure their compliance with regulatory guidelines. Contribute to method lifecycle management from the GMP perspective by recommending and implementing specific actions for improved analytical methods based on the use of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts in alignment with industry standards. Develop strategy and standardized business practices in support of potency and other plate-based assay testing execution. Support QC lab investigations, compliance and audits. Develop staff to ensure their skill match their roles, improving productivity and efficiency of the department operation.
