Manager - Project Management

The Senior Manager, Project Management manages key activities, timelines, internal and external stakeholders to enable the execution of all tactics defined in the brand’s tactical plan. Accountable for channel-level master project plan creation and management via Workfront. Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, in order to provide high-quality, strategic partnership to brands with greater speed to market and at a lower cost than agency partners. Subject Matter Expert for iMCM-supported channels regarding MLR submissions, asset development oversight and direction, and deployment. Facilitates the capture of integrated multichannel tactic requirements including utilization of creative and tactical briefs and business requirement documents.Develops a detailed integrated project plan that defines the key activities, milestones, roles and responsibilities across the brand, COE and agencies to enable execution. Lead administrator for internal workflow tool; trains new users; provides ongoing training and support to users. Engages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy). Coordinates across COE channel operations, Brands, and external service providers to ensure timely execution of marketing tactics across channels and maintains efficient project management workflows.
