- Oversee and manage the IT Help Desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of quality in technology systems and customer service.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of IT support and services.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT systems to identify and resolve any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot complex technical problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze help desk metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and IT support, and implement new strategies as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT support services.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for IT processes and systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on the performance and progress of the IT Help Desk.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize IT systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Help Desk Or It Support Role.
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems And Software Applications.
Experience In Quality Assurance And Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Itil.
