  1. Manage relationships with key hospital accounts to promote and increase utilization of Teva Pharmaceutical products.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Teva Pharmaceutical products and their benefits to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for key hospital accounts.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Act as a liaison between hospital accounts and Teva Pharmaceutical, addressing any issues or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Utilize strong business acumen to negotiate contracts and pricing with hospital accounts.
  7. Plan and execute product presentations and educational programs for hospital staff and healthcare professionals.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity and customer interactions in CRM system.
  11. Continuously develop and improve knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, products, and disease states.
  12. Represent Teva Pharmaceutical at industry conferences and events.
  13. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Teva Pharmaceutical, reflecting the company's values and mission in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In A Hospital Or Institutional Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Hospital Formulary Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
