- Develop and implement strategies for regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor and interpret changes in regulations and legislation to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Review and approve all regulatory submissions, including new drug applications, labeling, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Maintain and update all regulatory records and documentation.
- Keep senior management informed of any potential regulatory risks or issues.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes and facilities are in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of regulatory professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the organization in meetings with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory applications in various countries.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure regulatory compliance during product development.
- Continuously improve and optimize regulatory processes and procedures within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience Working With Other Regulatory Bodies Such As Ema And Health Canada.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Regulatory Agencies.
Proven Ability To Successfully Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Strict Deadlines In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
