- Develop and manage field incentive compensation programs to motivate and reward employees in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure effectiveness and fairness of compensation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create tailored compensation plans for different roles and teams.
- Communicate and educate employees on incentive compensation plans and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation to continuously improve and evolve our programs.
- Lead the implementation of new compensation systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and HR on compensation-related matters.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on compensation strategies to drive performance excellence.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Incentive Compensation Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Incentive Compensation Software And Systems, Such As Xactly Or Calliduscloud.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Datasets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Management.
