  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top executive talent for Teva Pharmaceutical USA.
  2. Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to networking, job boards, social media, and professional associations, to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for Teva Pharmaceutical USA.
  6. Conduct thorough and efficient candidate interviews, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
  8. Negotiate and close offers with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and search firms to support executive recruitment efforts.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and developments to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.

  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new executive hires.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Recruitment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.
