  1. Serve as the primary leader and expert for the Immunology and GI disease area within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and commercial success for products in the Immunology and GI portfolio.
  3. Lead and manage a team of cross-functional professionals responsible for the development, commercialization, and launch of products in the disease area.
  4. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the research and development teams in identifying and advancing promising drug candidates for Immunology and GI disorders.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders in the field of Immunology and GI disorders.
  6. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the development and commercialization of products for the disease area.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  8. Represent the company at medical conferences, industry events, and other forums to promote the company's products and disease area expertise.
  9. Develop and manage the disease area budget, including resource allocation and forecasting.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the development and commercialization of products for the disease area.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the disease area team and across the organization.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to develop the skills and capabilities of team members and support their career growth.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on disease area strategies, progress, and challenges.
  14. Participate in senior leadership meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
  15. Embody and promote the company's values, mission, and vision in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine, Pharmacy, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Specifically In Immunology And Gi Disease Areas.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Immunology And Gi-Related Diseases, Including Current Treatment Options, Disease Mechanisms, And Emerging Therapies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With A Strong Track Record Of Successful Product Launches And Commercialization Strategies.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders, Physicians, And Other Stakeholders In The Immunology And Gi Community.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific And Medical Information To Both Internal And External Audiences.
