- Create and implement leadership development programs to identify and develop top talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the business needs and align organizational design and development strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest tools and resources for organizational design and leadership development.
- Lead and manage a team of organizational design and leadership development professionals to deliver high-quality programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design and leadership development initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational design and leadership development to continuously enhance and innovate our programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational design and development efforts with overall company policies and initiatives.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Organizational Design And Leadership Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Organizational Theories And Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing And Managing Organizational Change Initiatives.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Leadership Development Programs, Including Leadership Assessments, Training, And Coaching.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
