  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the CDMO business unit.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the CDMO portfolio.
  3. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and operations, to deliver comprehensive and effective business solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  7. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and partnerships with key clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of business development and account management professionals.
  10. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote the CDMO business and network with potential clients.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to identify potential business opportunities.
  12. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Teva Pharmaceutical USA's products and services.
  13. Collaborate with global teams to align business strategies and share best practices.
  14. Monitor and adhere to budget and financial targets.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive team performance and success.
  16. Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cdmo (Contract Development And Manufacturing Organization) Business Development And Key Account Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Building Strong Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Market, Including Industry Trends, Regulatory Requirements, And Key Competitors.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Sell Complex Products And Services To Potential Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. Advanced Degree And/Or Relevant Certifications (E.g. Pmp) Are Preferred.
