- Train and mentor junior customer service team members, when necessary.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration Or Communication.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Customer Service And Patient Support Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members, And Drive Performance And Productivity Improvements.
