- Oversee all operations and activities of Teva Pharmaceutical USA in Mexico.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for the Mexico market.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve company objectives.
- Communicate regularly with global headquarters to provide updates on market performance and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Represent Teva Pharmaceutical USA in industry events and conferences.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of The Mexican Healthcare Market, Including Regulatory Requirements, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Demonstrated Experience In Successfully Managing P&L And Driving Revenue Growth.
Fluency In Spanish And English, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
